Absolutely great cafe in west London. Though the seatings were not as comfortable as other hotels that I have been to for some good afternoon tea meal. Came here on voucher with one whole Prosecco. Can’t complain on this. Loving this.

Part of the Double Tree Hyde Park, this Restaurant has a large outside Terrace. Ideal to relax with a drink and some snacks after a long trip to London. I had the calamari, salted fries and Burrata. Burrata I had for the first time and it was delicious.

I love their outdoor seatings because it’s so relaxing. Their variety of food and drink is also very good and the pricing is reasonable considering the location and the fact it’s attached to a hotel.
However when they have a big group of customers, I wish the staff to tell them to keep themselves to their table. Once I was working on my laptop and a big group of people (hotel guests getting ready for a party or an event) came and they started to sit on my table and speak so loudly that I had to leave. It ruined my relaxing afternoon.

Staff was a little not so friendly to be honest. The lemonade I got was below average, especially for the price. The seating is comfy and very beautiful though. Nice outdoor area with fresh air and the occasional passing car. Good for casual drinks.

Such a gorgeous place. Had an amazing night. Couldn't of asked for more from staff, they were freindly and lovely. The food was out of this world and well worth the money. Will definitely going back again soon.

Beautiful Cafe that is right in front of the Kensington Gardens.
They have the buffet breakfast and got a good spread.

Nice, calm atmosphere, friendly staff, they are very quite almost no one else. Beautiful decor and Christmas tree. Limited options for afternoon tea. Clean, peaceful place to sit and have a chat with friends, very close to Station so easy to get to. Good value for money. Definitely recommend.

Such a lovely venue with great decor and a large outdoor space. The service was good and efficient and the food was delicious. We had a three course bottomless brunch (which wasn't exactly bottomless, but we still had a sufficient amount of prosecco!) through a Wowcher deal so I wasn't expecting too much, but I was thoroughly impressed! The portions were not overwhelming, but we both left feeling suitably full and satisfied. Would definitely be back here!

Coming from the US, I'm used to you a bit faster service but due to the fact no one tips here, it's hard to get expedited service. Regardless of that fact the food is very good and priced well. They also offer proper tea offerings. You should try this location.

This is a hotel restaurant, catering for hotel guests as well as the public. Its breakfast menu therefore has the standard hotel buffet as well as a la carte options.
It's reasonably priced for London, the staff are attentive and helpful, and the food and coffee are fine.

What a beautiful place, the terrace is one of a kind. Marites made our day , she was so accomading and assisted us with London info. She is doing an awesome job in running that restaurant. The food & coffee was delicious. I highly recommend this place and do ask for Marites.

Firstly, the service here was top notch. The staff were attentive, helpful, and considerate. We went for a brunch and there was lots of starters and desserts. Really lovely fresh salads. It was a nice setting too. Oh, and good coffee (from Volcano coffee works).

They do not like children even though they do a mum's and baby's/children afternoon tea. The staff didn't know we booked even though we called a week ago to book the afternoon tea. After ordering tea to drink the staff stood around talking not making the tea Notting intill we asked how long they was going to be. No children's activities pack even though on the list of items for the afternoon tea it said children activity parks included. Once we got the boxes they was not much in the the cream looks like the cream was sitting on a on a Shelf as it was covered in Dust and no baby chinos coffee machine was broken. Manger been there for 10 months and thinks it right customers like this

Had wowcher deal for 3 courses and a bottle if prosecco. There was a decent choice from the menu, the waiter was polite and friendly without being in your face and service was good, prosecco was light and bubbly. I'd give it 5 stars if the place looked less like a fast food outlet so no reflection on the food or staff.

This is 3rd time over the last 3 years we visit this restaurant, and the prices keep creeping up, while the menu has now become overly fancy with few appetising options. We ordered 4 dishes, of which 2 were good/ok, and 2 were not: kids meal was overcooked and dry as a bone and the soup was too peppery to eat. I mentioned this to the waiter, who apologised, but unlike in many other places, offered neither a refund nor a substitute. Service was good and friendly, but we were there at very quiet time.

Great Aftermoon Tea had here yesterday. Food was lovely (the presentation was fab), great choice of hot drinks and we even had a bottle of bubbly! Would recommend and look out on Wowcher for a voucher - even better price!

Had a lovely afternoon tea yesterday & the fact that I asked for it to be gluten free was no trouble at all! Would definitely recommend this cafe !

Had a lovely Afternoon Tea with a bottle of Prosecco. Very fresh and tasty food. Only criticism was that after being told by the waiter that we could have as much tea and coffee as we wanted, we actually had to get his attention (not at all busy there) to ask for some tea! But the staff were friendly, polite and courteous and our Afternoon Tea was very good.

Had wowcher deal for 3 courses and a bottle of prosecco. There was a decent choice from the menu, all 3 courses were well presented and tasted great. Prosecco was light and bubbly.
Waiting staff were fantastic.

Bought the Groupon/Wowcher deal with the bottle of Prosecco and was a bit unsure about how it would turn out, given all the negative reviews BUT we loved it!! The food was fresh and delightfully presented. Our waiter was very attentive without being intrusive. There could maybe have been another round of sandwiches on offer but then again, maybe I should have had a proper lunch beforehand! It was well worth the trip up town.

I work next to this cafe and have been a regular visitor for the past 2 years, I have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. I have brought friends and family here on weekends as well!

We booked for a party of 16 about a month ago for afternoon tea. On the day the staff seemed a bit confused and kept asking for vouchers that we were not asked to bring.
Once that was sorted out, the food and atmosphere were great. Getting the waiting staff to pay attention to us was still difficult, but it was alright over all. The lady manager was really good and efficient.

Enjoyed our visit to Urban Meadow. Excellent service and they arranged for gluten-free sandwiches and cake for one of us. We were served by Imelda, very good. Liked the casualness of the place unlike usual afternoon tea places 😀

Had a wowcher deal for afternoon tea for 2. Excellent value for money especially as it included a bottle of Prosecco. We were promptly seated however had to ask to be served as we were totally ignored for the next 20 minutes despite people arriving after us being served and the waiting staff constantly walking by. We enjoyed the food and drink but the staff need to be more observant and aware of customers. It wasn't even busy.
