Cocktails were £9.95 each and tasted nice. The pasta was very tasty and so was the salmon. The salmon could have used a bit more kick. The service was lovely and I loved that they were open late as we were able to get something to eat after our play.

Pursued a restaurant with a good rating near our hotel in Piccadilly. Spaghetti House was near and wonderful! We all ordered something different to be able to share bites. We enjoyed everything! Service was swift and polite. The restaurant was busy which spoke volumes as well. We would gladly return again to try 4 more dishes if given the opportunity.

I’d definitely recommend this spot for a nice uncomplicated friends meet up. It’s really cute. The pasta menu is quite complete with all the variations. They could do with a longer cocktail menu though .

This place was so perfect ! The food is really good and we even came back the next day ! The waiters were so patient as I am French and ask to repeat themselves as I didn’t catch what they were saying.. but they were really kind ! I recommand this place !!

Spaghetti House London impresses with delectable dishes, a flavorful journey through Italian cuisine. The menu satisfies diverse palates, and the added bonus of complimentary drinkable water is a thoughtful touch. Quick service ensures a satisfying meal even on a tight schedule. Surprisingly wallet-friendly for London, offering value without compromise on taste. Booking ahead is advised due to its popularity. In the heart of London's culinary scene, Spaghetti House delivers a delightful experience for both locals and visitors seeking a genuine taste of Italy.

Great food and nice ambiente. Service was good but people changed a few times so the experience changed too.
Lasagna was good, for me it could have had a bit more filling between layers. Only real downside... a good carbonara does not have cream in it :)
For desert I had a tiramisu and an espresso. Both was exceptionally good. Will definitely come back next time in London. Grazie mille

We went to this restaurant as it was recommended by a friend and as it's almost literally next door to the Her Majesty's Theatre for which we had tickets, it fit right into our plans!
Staff was really nice and food really good.

I visited Spaghetti House restaurant, and the service was amazing. Fucuio, my server, was attentive and friendly throughout my meal. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection.

A charming and rustic trattoria with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The homemade pasta dishes were a true comfort, and the friendly staff made us feel like family. The cozy setting was perfect for a relaxed Italian meal.

We were running behind and only sat down at 6:30. Told our server we have a show at 7:30. She brought our food in record speed and they tasted rather good.

We really enjoyed our 3 course meal here. Food full of flavour and not expensive. Wine is of good quality. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Very convenient location for theatres although you really need to book at pre theatre times. We will return.

A party of three, we all ate different meals, all very tasty, maybe portion size a little smaller than my appetite. Nice decor and atmosphere with attentive staff. I would recommend this restaurant and go again.

Have been using this resteraunt since 68 when the first one was in Goodge St! We have tried several of the others in the group and we're never disappointed same high quality food same cheerful staff, all in all I'd recommend any of them.

A tale of two meals! Mine was good, my partners was poor. We had 3 courses with drinks too. But for the fact that the main waiter volunteered a refund and was very polite about it, I would otherwise have given this 2*.
The starter, just garlic bread, was saturated to the point of running juice, the main course (chicken Milannaise) was over cooked, dry and burnt around most edges - not good for a renowned Italian Restaurant, but I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt, due to my food showing that someone in the kitchen could cook properly, albeit that it was unfortunate that both poor courses were for my lady!

It was ok, breaded mozzarella to start, not that great and the lobster pasta just ok not worth the money! Had to wait ages for dessert menu and had to keep asking. Coffee Luke warm so all in all not great.

We have been to spaghetti house on several occasions and they never disappoint, the food is lovely and plentiful and the service is excellent and food is served very quickly.

Booked the £29 menu and free flowing prosecco. Food was excellent and prosecco very definitely free flowing. Lovely late afternoon meal.

Was very disappointed. Usually Italian restaurants are spot on but the service was poor. Had to ask for My wife's starter as wasn't coming. My daughters pizza was wrong, uncut & and they didn't ask what size. Then my wife's main came 20 mins after mine. Although the food was nice I prefer to eat together. If they apologised that would of been a start or a free drink maybe but no nothing. Didn't even say goodbye as we left. Very poor service. Would of been 1 star but the food made it 2.

Lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly, but the food! Below average. The garlic dough balls , what was that?? A mass of. Old tasteless 'bread' with lashings is Parmesan, and a boring mayo dip! The calamari, greasy no flavouring. Don't get me started on the spaghetti! Did not tickle the taste buds at all, sorry chef, basic Italian fare has to be re thought in your kitchen ! But we had a great evening meeting our friends!

I found the service to be very good, unfortunately the food was a let down unusual for an Italian restaurant. The pasta was very heavy, the pannacota was not at all wobbly like a frozen milk jelly. It had essence of being cooked from frozen not freshly done.

Great restaurant. Superb location. Great prices. Great menu. Lovely staff. I highly recommend.
