Had dine in. Very prompt service. Mixture of Latin American cuisine. Balanced flavors and spices. The ambience is nice. Bit loud music. But that’s the way you disconnect. Has outdoor seating arrangements. And one can opt for just drinks and starters. Worth visiting.

The place is good!
If you are looking for loud music or dance floor, this place is not for you. The music is low and the lights are bright.
Friendly staff.
There is 2 for 1 on drinks.. however i felt that the drinks are not strong at all, the alcohol content is very less compared to other places. So having 2 cocktails here is equal to having one strong cocktail!!
The food is tasty and good however it was expensive..

Brilliant drinks offer and friendly staff. Looks like they were under staffed. Shame as higher management should give them enough staff especially on a weekend. I went there Friday afternoon they had full floor empty upstairs but people were waiting outside due to not enough staff.
Their Brazilian fried chicken were amazing, highly recommend.

Decent spot for a quick meal before a concert or show. Does get quite busy though so you may need to queue. The food is good, with a variety of choices of Mexican food, the nachos were tasty and didn't get soggy.

Dropped in before a show. Hostess was very sweet, immediately asked if I had any allergies (I don’t). When seating me, pulled my chair out before heading back to the front.
My server was there immediately and he accurately took my order.
I only ordered a Teeny Martini (it was quite literally tiny, perfect size to be honest) and some Calamari. Calamari had great flavor with a nice bite. There were two rather bready clumps in the mix, but still tasty.

Good food and sat down quick considering it was an event night. Staff seemed to rush you and weren’t as attentive as should be as we were left for a while without contact when trying to pay the bill.

Went for the brunch on April first the food was nice but the drinks were weak, they came out fast and the server was friendly, they have nice clean toilets and paying the bill was quick and efficient.

Great food, fish was super delicious. Cocktails are 2for1 . Little bit noisy when sitting outside as the trains are passing by, otherwise great place.
Sue Naylor
Excellent service from our waitress Anza and the food was delicious. Nice cocktails too, which were 2 for 1
Kaya
Food was great only criticism is one of our orders was wrong and the waiter did not handle the situation in a friendly and efficient manner

Lovely atmosphere. Delicious food. Love the 2 for 1 cocktail. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend. The restaurant was busy but the waiting time for your meal wasn't long.
Apologies I couldn't take the picture quick enough before my friends started devouring the nachos 🤣.
Sara Ines
Nice place, food was great, and they have “happy hour cocktails” all day long!
Courtney Walcott
Nice and chilled during mid day food came out quick and fast with good service

Manic was an understatement but only to be expected however the menu is very misleading we ordered chicken fajitas and steak from the menu but wasn’t told that the small egg cup size pots of cheese sour cream and guacamole are charged separately and show as a surcharge on the bill also the steak has a surcharge of £5 which again doesn’t show on the menu only the final bill if you are on a budget how are you supposed to order a meal within your means if you are charged a different price other than that on The menu!
We were told the steak surcharge was the cost of cooking the steak! Unbelievable a rare steak doesn’t cost a fiver to cook ! We were mislead and won’t be going back

Having waited an hour for a table - despite the top floor and majority of outside seating being vacant, the food was cold, tasteless and only half the meal brought out, followed by the rest 10 minutes later (after asking 3 members of staff where the food was). Cocktails not good, no real fruit used. Such a shame as been here before and it was ok.

Went yesterday with my wife for a meal before watching impractical jokers at the o2, really disappointed by the staff who greeted us as she was very miserable and not very welcoming, didn't catch the lady name as she didn't say it. We arrived way before it got busy was only about 6 small tables in at the time, I asked for the vegetarian menu as my wife is, and get told you don't do this menu on event days which I think is really bad, so my wife was very limited to what she could pick, waited at least 25minutes before the same lady as above finally came to take our order. Took about 15minutes to get our one sharing cocktail to arrive. Really disappointed to also find out that there is only a very very small 2for1 cocktail list, compared to all your other restaurants we have been to. Starter finally arrived and food was very good, then we had to wait nearly 40minutes for our mains to reach our table in which time it was getting very busy, can't understand how it took so long and we wasn't the only table waiting along time to get food or waiting to get order taken, even though your restaurant had at least 20-25 staff members out the front that I could see, food was good again only plus side about this, get the bill and see there a service charge of nearly £9 added to the bill, which I did take off as no way can you even think the service was worth that much. Very disappointed. Won't be using your restaurant again next time I come for a show.

Not a very good experience, got soft drinks while waiting for our table, the drink was flat. One of our starters of meat balls was cold and had to send back. Asked for our soft drinks again and asked for them not to be flat and was advised by the waitress that the carbonation was not working for the soft drinks. Main courses all turned up warn, food was ok the only thing that I can praise is the waitress and the desert if cheesecake!!!!

We went in about 5.45 for dinner before 30 Seconds To Mars performed. We had a lovely meal. I really enjoyed it and so did the rest of my party. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Andrew Holford
Only had the option of 2 price meal (starter and main or main and dessert) or 3 course meal. Food very average and they includef service charge to bill with no indication on menu. We'd not go again, overpriced for very average food.
Lisa Jesson
Normally love this place but last night only had a set menu which didn't have what we normally order but what we had was nice. Cocktails menu also alot smaller. We asked why different menus they said coz of Mickey Flanagan was on. Also the service charge they add on . Which we asked to be removed. Service wasnt worth £12. Will no next time not to eat there when someone big on at the O2. Mickey Flanagan was hilarious thou x

Taste bud heaven. Every Las Ig serves up the best tasting and wide variety of food. Number 1 for me

Cocktails were awsome. really enjoyed ourselves.
Just had deserts. Choc ice cream lush. And shots of rum....friendly and helpful. Thanks x
Dawn Buckley
Lovely atmosphere, menu was fab & so much to choose from, 3 course for £20
Only criticism is the 2-4-1 cocktail pitchers, couldn’t taste the alcohol. Cost was £105 for 4 of us having 3 course meals each & 2 pitchers.will definitely visit again
Nikki Ashby
Currently been sitting here for an hour and still no drinks. It's not even that busy but only appear to have two staff on shift for the entire place.
Jodie Busby
My boyfriend and I went last night for dinner around 9pm. We were sat down at our table and from that moment on, we were not acknowledged for our short duration there. We were waiting for over half an hour and not one person came over to us to even take our drink order. It wasn’t even that busy so the excuse that they were “run off of their feet” wouldn’t have sufficed. There were plenty of empty tables and upstairs had no diners at all. Eventually over half an hour of waiting, we got up to leave to try somewhere else. Spoke to the apparent head waitress as we left and told her we were not happy with the service so we would be leaving. She just shrugged her shoulders, muttered “sorry” and carried on cleaning tables. Absolutely disgusting service. Will defiantly not be returning. Shame really, as the menu and the food does look really good!
Martine Rebbeck
Had a unfortunate situation where waitress dropped 3 drinks on me so spent the night damp and sticky. Then waited over a hour of the food had to go and ask no knives and forks so as in rush had to use fingers not impressed.
Debby Golden
Meat balls gorgeous. Shame they are a starter nor a main. Rest of food very nice and helpfull friendly staff who even brought us a table from outside while we waited.
Sharon Gregory Umney
At the 02 seeing Take That to find somewhere with hardly any wait time vertually impossible but Las Iguanas certainly had it sorted, but one cocktail get the same free happy hour and excellent friendly service with amazing food, thank-u for starting our evening off with a buzz. Well done to the staff 🏆🏅

Starter was lovely just needed to be a little bigger for the price asked
Mains on the other hand wasn't so good and the chicken wasn't good quality at all
1 helpful and friendly waiter who was great and made effort to mingle just the right amount Swayed me to pay
...
He needs a raise 🙌🏽😂
Can't remember his name but we spoke about Acai
Hope it helps 👌🏽

Staff friendly and helpful. Had a very nice meal there. Cocktails are very good especially if you go for buy one get one free! Just a shame that they add on to the bill an optional service charge, ours was £9.00!! Needless to say we didn't pay it.
Karen Kilshaw
Cold food - reimbursed for our starter, mains reheated - helpful service but rubbish food - obviously cannot cope on a show night
Renato Miserotti
Service was good and fast, portions were very small, rack of ribs was more of half rack of 4 ribs but tasty all the same. The dessert was the best bit.
Sharon Daniels
Nice place, but was quite cold inside and the meal was expensive and the cocktails was really dear
Sheila Potts
This was our third visit to Last Iguanas at the O2. Really friendly staff each time - sometimes more chatty than others.
Good buzzy feel.
My choice of dish is the Bahrain coconut chicken - gorgeous !
Paul Cox
Good speed of service ,food was Ok but nothing special. Watch out for extras on your bill. They automatically charge a service charge of 15% plus if you want chicken in your fagita is at extra cost ????
Kerry Bentley
Limited menu, 2 or 3 course only, but food arrived quickly and was ok. Cocktails also ok, and 2 for 1, so we were happy. Would definitely go there again.
Sonia Miguez Jorge
I didn't rate it as a 1 as we couldn't actually manage to eat there! After waiting for over 20 mins in a pretty much empty restaurant, the waitress decided to serve a table who just had arrived! We told her we had been waiting for a while and she told us it wasn't true and continued taking the order. What a shame! We have been costumers of Las Iguanas for a long time but unfortunately I doubt we will go back again.
Maria Smith
Looking at all the previous negative reviews I can honestly say both the food and service were excellent it was our first time at Las Iguanas and definitely won't be our last. Nothing was too much of a problem for the happy, smiling staff , some other restaurants need to take a leaf out of your book. Thankyou
Andrew Appleton
The food was fantastic the bar was on happy hour so 2 4 1 cocktails
The staff are amazing
Andrew Moore
Lovely meal at the o2 but didn't like the fact that there was an optional service charge at the bottom of the bill totalling just over 6.00 - I paid 3.00 as it was optional didn't think the service deserved that amount, also tried to redeem a voucher for a pina colada but wasn't able to as there was a show on that night in the o2 (when isn't there ( 7/10 )
Neil McCrudden
Las Iguanas at the O2 was empty at lunch time. There lunch time menu was both cheap and gorgeous. So much nicer than the last time we had Mexican in London at Wahaca...
Alberto Eiras Piñeiro
Food is overpriced. The caipirinha was good though. The tip is included in the bill, and I thought that the service wasn't that good. Probably wouldn't go back.
Christine Revell
Very tasty food and very attentive staff.

We initially came to this Latin American restaurant for coffee but then ended up returning to it later in the day for an evening meal. Its nice that the restaurant is divided into sections: one part for the restaurant and the other part with comfy seats for drinks. The latte and mocha drinks were really good. The mocha actually tasted more like a hot chocolate. We had the chunky cassava wedges as a snack. Although it looked like a small portion, it was enough. They had the right crunchiness on the outside with a soft centre.

Date of Visit: 13.02.18
Time: 6.00pm

Title: Great food, service and portion size

Review: Sorry but i did not take any photos on this Occassion but i went as a pre event meal and recommended to me, the selection in 02 is good but very high street and as i had not been to this brand before i thought it was also worth a try and i was not disappointed. It was an event night and very busy place and many covers but service and speed of delivery was excellent. Food arrived hot but not too hot that it was just nuked in a microwave but just right. Very friendly staff and great menu selection. Food tasted fresh and portions a good size. I would be happy to come back just for the food without even the event so that should say something. Ok it is not fine dining but wholesome fresh food with a reasonable price. 02 is not really a fine dining place and the only place that it is Gaucho which is on 3 floors including the ground. But if you have limited time and need good food and service this is the place to go.

Dress Code: Casual

Booking Process: Easy to use on-line app but i found emailing was better as the app does not give all the times available and i was given a table by emailing and the response was fast.

Location: Inside the 02, Millennium Way, London SE10 0DX

Cuisine Type: Flame-grilled Latin American dishes

Parking: I am told there is parking in the 02 but i always use London Transport so i cannot confirm this.

Decor & Lighting: Nice casual design but still had a good look.

Heating and Cooling: Temperature was good, not too hot or cold given it was very cold outside no jacket needed inside.

Ambience & Acoustics: It was easy to hold a conversation without the need to shout and given this is a big open space this is not easy to achieve.

DB Level: Sorry did not take on this Occassion

Drinks: CITRUS COOLER (Fresh citrus, lemonade.) Two for one offer on the day and i could have easily had both as a very fresh and perfectly balanced drink. It was just on the right side of tangy and sour. Excellent drink. Non-Alcoholic i know but just perfect for me.

We had the following:

ALBONDIGAS (Patagonian-style lamb meatballs with apple, mint, parmesan & a pinch of nutmeg. Braised in a rich tomato, mint & mild chilli sauce & served with ciabatta.) - Comes with 3 meatballs in a tomatoe sauce so if sharing between 2 get to the third one quick…Nothing too special in terms of flavour but was still nice but could do with more spice or flavour.

EMPANADAS (Two filled crispy pasties. Brie & mango with sticky chilli jam). Now i am not usually a fan of brie or mango so was strange for me to try this but i was happy i did as the flavour was great and glad i made the plunge to try something new.

SPICY CHICKEN ENCHILADA (Rolled tortilla with smoky chipotle sauce, on a bed of spring onion rice with refried beans & topped with cheese.) Good size portion, arrived hot but not too hot and great taste, nothing tasted processed including the refried beans which where moist and flavoursome not the mush you usually get, although stated as spicy chicken it was not that spicy but i still enjoyed the taste so i would be happy to order this anytime.

BAHIAN COCONUT CHICKEN (Chicken breast strips pan-fried in cumin, coriander & cayenne & cooked in a creamy coconut sauce with ginger, garlic, tomatoes & coriander. Served with spring onion rice & shredded greens.). Colleague had this and all i can say is nothing was left on the plate at the end so this should be a good testament and he has been to one before and enjoyed it but he ordered new dishes he never tried before and liked them all.

Bill / Cost: £45.00 for two

Conclusion: A great place to eat prior to any event as the portions are a good size, service was excellent and food did come out quickly, it was buys but the speed of service was second to none. I will be coming back for sure.

Rating: 7.5 out of 10.0

We came here for dinner as it's one of the few places at the O2 that does halal meat. Unfortunately we weren't impressed by the food or service and it's unlikely I'd ever come back.

They were out of the blazing bird chicken so I went for spicy chicken enchiladas which when it arrived was actually the veggie option instead of the one I had ordered. They finally replaced this but it wasn't great.

My friend had the bahian cocunut chicken which was completely tasteless. It was supposed to be coconut based sauce but there wasn't a hint of flavour in it at all. Portion size was miniature as well.

I ordered Diet Coke and it was completely flat. It took a while to get anyone's attention to have this replaced.

The bill again took ages and we ended up paying £20 each for a meal we didn't enjoy and lacklustre service.

The menu said you had to go for 2 or 3 courses and there wasn't a price for al a carte. When we asked whilst ordering, the waitress advised we could have one course for £15 instead.

There's paid parking available at the O2 and the tube station is within walking distance.

Heading to a concert with my sister and we wanted some food. As always I don't just choose a restaurant I read up on it first! After checking reviews we booked a table and were delighted with our decision.
However, im sorry but everything about this experience was simply terrible. The restaurant was busy, the staff looked frazzled and treated customers as such.
We were flung our menus. We choose to not worry about how busy it was, surely that's a good sign?
Ordered nachos... a simple enough dish.
Nope. Cold, hard tasteless cheese. Must have been sitting on hotplate to keep warm for sometime.
As we chased this ALOT.
My main, prawns on skewers, were so over cooked they were like mush. Got to say, some of the worst prawns Ive ever eaten.
Our salads were ok, but how can you go wrong with a salad?
So im sad to say, we didn't enjoy this experience and I wouldn't hurry back.

This is my favourite place ever! I have this almost 3 times every month! The North Greenwich branch is alot more better (food wise) except their service has gone quite poorly

The last time I was in O2, I made the horrible mistake of wandering into a neighbouring restaurant. Thank god I found the real jewel in the O2 crown and it has to be Las Iguanas. The menu brimming with Latin American delights and the best part is that it comes in tapas sizes. The gambas was my personal favourite. The quesedillas and fajitas and sweet potato chips were all super yummmm! The kiddy menu was a hit with the li'l man and his kiddy dessert went down in mins as well. All in all I loved the food and the people

Really liked the place and food.... Had a great time service was great a must go place, I had a chicken fajita as main n calamari as starters food was delicious .......

Blazing Bird (Half) w/ Coleslaw & Curly Fries: £10.90 | I actually saw a picture of the food at Las Iguanas and immediately thought I have to try it. For me, I think presentation has an influence on my taste buds. If the presentation isn't right, the food doesn't taste right either. So presentation wise, Las Iguanas win with flying colours. Though random, I love the little bundle of basil leaves in the centre, think it adds to the presentation. So on with the food. I will never get over the shock I felt when this plate of goodness arrived. Not because of the presentation but the bird- it was without a doubt the biggest bird I have ever come across! It was huge! It took me a few seconds to take in. Taste wise, the bird was spectacular. It was moist, succulent and the meat just tore away from the bone without any effort. The outside was crispy and flavoursome. The coleslaw was crunchy and delicious. Now the curly fries were what got me excited about this place & they lived up to expectations. To me, they were the best fries I've had. Las Iguanas is a must guys! Foodie.007 x
