Great experience at Caffe Concerto Piccadilly. We were 7 people and the maitre offered us a special location for be as much relaxed as possible. The presentation of the food and drinks is excellent, together with a warm service of the rest of the staff

Food was good, service needs some improvement one employee was there with few customers, it was noisy to hear the sounds of plates and forks while the other employees was cleaning, I would visit again to try the cakes and drink some coffee, prices are ok.

My wife and I went here for afternoon tea, we both thought it was wonderful. The food was great, the service was excellent all the staff were kind and friendly and the atmosphere was also very good. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family

The atmosphere of the Level of the Caffè Concerto is a very good than what I experienced with my best friend and I love the way you can also view your order details by the way to the changes of the making in the morning star on your side is the best way to do from here and I just want to receive any further thoughts on beauty from their end on this taste given that the last parts of the world are in the process of getting a better position in the market.
The cakes are very soft and malted with the fresh flowers and drinks.

This is a cafe I passed by numerous times each time I was in London. There seems to be one located at all of London most strategic areas. Turned out they do have 19 outlets across Greater London and 1 in Birmingham. Decided to give it a try after passing by their cafes so many times and each time I got attracted by the beautiful and colourful display of their cakes, gateaux and patisserie. We ordered a pot of their Flora Tea which was aromatic and with an enriching taste. The tea ball bloomed into an artistic and exuberant flower display which was visually captivating. We also tried the Black Forest cake and it didn't disappoint either. It was truely a delightful tea time spent at Caffe Concerto, checking out on their extensive menu and told myself I must go back and try out their reasonably priced Afternoon Tea set one day (£62.95 for 2 pax). I will be back for sure.

My family and I popped in for a soft drink and a snack.
We shared one of the giant strawberry tarts and weren’t disappointed. Lovely tasting and good value for money. Would also recommend the homemade mint lemonade.
Lovely and pleasant to sit and people watch on Piccadilly. Staff helpful and peaceful ambiance.
Would highly recommend and will definitely have a return visit.

Beautiful afternoon tea for two! They service was precise and kind. Would recommend to anyone in the area. The tea for two was around £60, but there were a wide range of price points.

Clean, tidy, well mannered and lovely cakes as that’s all we had. Not a fan of the coffee but that’s probably because I’m a common Nescafé original kinda guy. Georgiana was very well mannered and professional. Not rushed. WC’s need some attention.

A perfect place for an afternoon tea. The tempting pastries are so beautifully designed, one would almost hate to bite into them. They offer just the right variety of salads and sandwiches as well.

Wonderful cafe for breakfast and pastries. Great atmosphere and service. Enjoyed one of the eggs Benedicts for breakfast and returned later for pastries to go. The Biscoff cheesecake was amazing!
Safa Ahmed
I booked in for Wednesday afternoon tea with my heavily pregnant friend and Ahmed was so accommodating, he gave us a four top table so we had space and the service just continued being wonderful. The food was beautifully filling we had the pesto gnocchi and the seafood pasta ( not the real name but don’t know how to spell it). Place was spotless and couldn’t fault it at all. Would come back just for the Service from Ahmed and to try another dish. Don’t be like us tho, we ordered two pasta dishes and the tea tower set and let’s just say our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs😂

We stopped for coffee and dessert at this lovely place. The staff are so welcoming and pleasant. Great atmosphere.

The place is good, desserts are delicious, the decoration is okay, the place is always crowded and unfortunately there is no air condition inside, the staff are friendly. There are other food items, but I haven't tried them, and their prices are a little high.

🍴The place famously known for their amazing delicious cakes... I finally got the chance to choose and try them and the hype is definitely real! @caffeconcertouk is one of the most famous luxury Italian patisserie & celebration cakes shops in London 🥰 It was time to buy an anniversary cake! Because we didn't know which to choose, we finally got 2 😂🎉 The Pink Macaron Blossom, made of vanilla sponge and fresh cream filling 💖 and the White Berry Selva, with vanilla sponge layered creme patisserie and fresh cream, surrounded with a white chocolate sheet and decorated on top with glazed seasonal fruits. 10 of 10!

Quick service. Reasonable pricing for afternoon tea. Good selection of sandwiches, scones, desserts and tea. Desserts were a bit on the chocolatey/sweet side and quite heavy so be cautious of that. Clotted cream was bussin 💯

Lovely place to go, very relaxed. No hurry to serve or get rid of you. Perfect for a coffee, cake, afternoon tea and more with friends and family. Always busy always welcome.

Amazing place in London. I love the food. can’t wait to come back here again. Congratulations to the staff.
Mariette El-Soury Massabni (Les Délices De Mariette)
I visited this place with my family while walking to Piccadilly Circus. We took coffee ans some French macarons. They were average comparing to other macarons we have tasted. Staff was little bit in a hurry and it is overpriced

When you see the queue and the people traffic to this place you automatically expect it to be something very special! The tea is not bad however the profiterole was too dry and needed a chocolate sauce and ice cream noting that its taste is not bad.

I mean... What's not to love? I tried only sweets but I bet all things are amazing! The price is high but it's tottaly worth it. It's a very quite and pretty place. WITH GREAT CAKES.

I recently visited this place and was a little disappointed with the service. The service was lukewarm and the staff was ignorant, terse and indifferent which put us off. The food that I ordered was substandard and the dessert was not that good as well. The tea was quite nice on the contrary. Overall the staff behaviour was disappointing and these people need to work on improving their food as well as service.

Located in central London, this place is enjoyable as one gets to enjoy the busy streets of London while hogging onto some sumptuous food by the window seat. The environment of the place is lively and the food is up to the mark. I would highly recommend this place for a lunch date. The tiger prawn is a must try!

We were so glad that a sudden visit to this place was planned by us. Not only was the food tasty and filling, it was also a value for money meal. Having ordered just a simple ravioli and a salmon steak, I must say that both these dishes were very well cooked. A must visit!

I have eaten at this place multiple times but this is the first time I am actually reviewing it. I love the uniqueness of this place as it has a diverse variety of hot and cold snacks, tasty ice cream and a sophisticated setting for that special occasion you had planned. I mostly eat the succulent prawns and the seafood pasta, both of which are equally flavoursome.
I would highly recommend this place!

This place has great scope for improvement. With the service staff serving th customers with utmost perfection and taking care of every detail, I also somehow wished if the chef had taken care in a similar manner.
Though our pasta was decently good, our salad fell short of expectations. Lacking a good number of salad leaves, this dish lacked the cream which was promised as a side dip.

If the management pays some more attention to intricate details, this restaurant might reach the top f my favourites!

The service we received at this restaurant was deplorable. We came here to just have drinks after a weary day of shopping. The waiter who came to take our order found it very difficult to concentrate on noting the order, and kept talking to other waiters and laughing. What is worse is that he proceeded to make fun of my friends accent by mimicking her. After serving our drinks, the waiter went off to take a lunch break without asking anybody to cover his shift. We had to beg for service and even for payment. I won't come here ever again.

This place exudes perfection when it comes to customer satisfaction. We ordered the set dinner mean and were taken by surprise the quality and overall experience. The quantity was generous enough for three people. However, having said so, it is necessary to also mention that while customer satisfaction is necessary, it is not all that makes a dining experience spot on.
The taste of the dishes could have been much better.
Ava Lamb
This amazing restaurant is very cooperative to customer needs. Having reached late in the night, we were still served by utmost affection by the restaurant staff as we would have otherwise. We hogged on to a yum bruscheta as we also found it difficult to actually come to a consensus regarding which one to chose from the diverse variety.
I will definitely go back for a more extravagant meal to this absolutely charming restaurant!

Even though I know a lot of people would dissuade you from going to this place, I would take a stand contrary to theirs. Only becuase of the fact that i had an enjoyable evening and our needs were taken care of perfectly. While we whined about too much pepper in our bolognese and other things, the waiters listened patiently and replaced it with great efficiency.

Everything from taste to ambience was perfect and you must not go on what the negative reviews are saying!

I have been to restaurants, bars and pubs but I have never had such an experience. Yes the items on the menu are overpriced, yes the quality of food is not good, yes the service is average. Honestly, I had quite a lot of expectations from this place which were crushed into pieces. The preparation is average. Nothing about this place is fancy much or glam. Its very average. I don't plan to visit this place again.
Inher30s
Caffe Concerto's greatest asset is its location otherwise I find it to be overpriced and quite average compared to any other high street coffee establishment who can do the same coffees and cakes at better quality and lower prices.

The staff are just confused when asked for dessert at the end of an evening and it takes some time to convince them to work on just a small amount of ice cream each, for which we pay through the roof!

The ravioli is to die for!
Absolutely delicious food!

This is one of the greatest supplements to the area. Of course, Green Park is most notorious for the well-known Ritz hotel, and with no surprise. But I hope one day, people will find themselves stumbling upon this neat little cafe situated directly opposite the Ritz. Be sure to order the Prawn soup if you are a first timer (for the seafood lovers). I was slightly perplexed how a French-named restaurant serves an Itallian dish (Raviolli) so well, but still no complaints. Fab place.
Chanda Gohrani
If you are one among those who work around Green Park (like me) then you must pass by this cafe more often that not. Tell me the truth, don't you just stop by for few seconds to look at the overwhelming pastries and cakes they display on the window? At least I do and few times in a month I end up buying few of them too. And if you are wondering if those desserts taste as good as they look, the answer is yes, yes. YES.

Order any of those sweet things, be it macrons, tarts or cakes, I bet you won't go wrong. They are slightly overpriced than any of the other chain bakeries, but I have never tasted a bad quality cake there, so I don't really mind splurging on them occasionally. I usually opt in for take out (as there is a big difference in price between take out and eat in - almost 2 pounds on each pastry) but once in a while it's lovely to sit in there as the decor is quite good.

I haven't had a proper lunch there, so I can't comment, but I'd be happy to edit my review when I do so.

Cafe de Pierre's location is its highest USP. Situated right opposite The Ritz, this charming cafe boasts of a good French menu. Although once you go inside, the charm seems to wear off, except if you get a window seat.

Their burgers are usually great and it's a good place to meet business clients as it's very centrally located. But the rest of the lunch dishes are very average and I have realized is not a good place to have a quick lunch during office as the service is very slow too.

If you do have time in mornings, try their breakfast specials as they are a good value for money and something they dish up well, all the time.
