The staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and informative. It's a very relaxed vibe there. The place was spotless and the food was outstanding, it was clear to us that they are very passionate about the food that's served there. The cocktails were lovely. I had Jerk Chicken and my wife had oxtail. Both were really well cooked. The oxtail melted in the mouth and the rice was some of the best we'd ever had. Definitely going back again.

Had the meat platter with 3 sides. The curried goat was my favourite!! And the oxtail, suya, and jerk chicken were yummy too. Had it with plantain, coleslaw and dumplings.
Friendly service, nice decor, comfortable. Would recommend.

Went there on Groupon, down side was the deal excludes Fridays and Saturday, which was not mentioned in the T&C's. The food was very tasty, the host was very polite and attentive. I would recommend and return.

Food was very good especially the fish. Well cooked and seasoned. Service was a bit slow but not a major issue.

I came here with my partner after getting a groupon deal online and I must say, it was worth every penny.
Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady called Susie who was warm, welcoming and funny and allowed us to choose wherever we wanted to sit. She instantly gave us bottled water with 2 glasses and explained the set menu to us thoroughly.
2 free cocktails were apart of the groupon deal so myself and my partner chose the first cocktail on the top of the list and Susie made it to perfection, so much so, we ordered another one and tipped her.
For starters I had salt fish fritters and my partner had crispy beef, the both tasted absolutely amazing but I think there could’ve been more fritters as there was only 2.
For mains I had jerk chicken with rice and peas, plantain and coleslaw and my partner had curry goat with rice and peas. My jerk chicken portion size was very big, I couldn’t finish it all and had to bring some home which is even better. My partner had the curry goat but didn’t enjoy it as much because he said it had too many bones and potatoes and hardly any meat. But overall tasted nice, meat fallen off the bone and spiced to perfection.
Plantain was to die for and amazing portion size. Coleslaw was delicious.
Pros - service was good, friendly staff, good portions, good drinks, food cooked from fresh
Cons - waiting time was a bit long for food, we arrived at 7.30pm and didn’t receive all our food until 9pm, but I’m simply putting that down to the food being cooked from fresh as nothing tasted reheated, it was definitely worth the wait.
I feel there could be some indoor decor that needs updating as the restaurant itself looks very outdated but that’s just me being fussy lol
Overall I would definitely return again.

Lovely food, presented really well, in a clean environment. Sadly, service is too slow and understaffed. I was expected to re-use my cutterly, which I didn't like. The Groupon deal is a bit too cheap for the standard of food. I would pay more. Tables should be for 2hrs - ready for new customers/profits. Leilani, is a diamond in the rough!

The food was a big of a wait but it was worth it. The food was delicious 🤤 I had a wonderful time. I would recommend this to all my friends. The food is hearty, healthy and most importantly mek your belly full. I ordered boiled yam and tilapia for main and it was well cook and season. The fish just melts in your mouth.

Nice authentic Caribbean food. The gentleman was also very welcoming. Such a pleasant surprise. I usually visit Caribbean restaurants and I'm often left disappointed with the lack of flavours - not a problem in this restaurant. Highly recommended 👍🏾

I ate here a few years back and really enjoyed the cuisine and still order take outs. My experience this evening however has left me reluctant to order from Leilani in the future. My order had one missing item for which I was still charged for. £30:44 was taken from my credit card in return for Asun, x1` pounded yam x1 ebba when my order also included ebba & okra soup the latter being curiously missing from the uber order which had the okra soup list. When I called the Leilani to query the order I was responded to in a rather abrupt tone by the person on the phone who appeared in a hurry to get me off the phone because it had been a busy night and it was near closing time so clearly she had no motivation to be that interested in my concern about the order. I explained my reason for calling being the discrepancy in what appeared to be the chefs tap on which the order is written & was delivered with the food and the one I placed on line via uber. I wase been charged for 3 items asun, okra soup with ebba and x1 portion of pounded yam but on the asun, x1 ebba x1 pound yam is listed -no okra soup with ebba .The person on the phone proceeded to tell me that thequery lies with uber rather than Leilani as the chef does shorthand so if itjust had ebba the chef would know that this was okra soup with ebba. If this was the case then I would have therefore expected the okra soup to have been in the delivery which it clearly was not (see attached photo). The person informed that they were having some challenges re uber eats service ,however I am not convinced that the fault was entirely related to uber driver who merely collects the order, though equally I am aware that I do not fully understand the communication channels or process between yourselves and uber eats when I and others place their orders. In addition to the missing food, the food that did arrive, the asun was dry and 98% bone with burning hot spice (and I don't say that lightly as a west african I spent the majority of my life growing up in west africa and eating traditional food). <br/>The whole incomplete meal was uneatable and had to be thrown away. I was left with shame andembarrassment for my guests this evening who were looking forward to some long awaited promised food
