I've been to Paul in Paris, so I know this patisserie well. Mille-feuille is what I like. A bite of this patisserie brings back fond memories of France. Their bread is also good and they will slice it for you. There are outdoor seats and upstairs too.

I arrived on a hot morning in the South Kensington area. I knew Cafe Paul from other cities in the world, and I always had a good time in this chain of cafes. I ordered an almond croissant with chocolate, and a cappuccino. The cafe is self-service, there is seating upstairs, and outside on the sidewalk. It was very nice and hot.

Great little Paul’s with an upstairs seating area and also outside terrace if the weathers kind. It’s all very tiny but delivers the usual great Paul’s baguettes and drinks

The quality of food at Paul is reliably good. A good representation of French bakery at its best!

Delicious croissants, pistachio and almond ones and sandwiches!! Quick service too! Hot chocolate was top of the world….Thank you

A very comfortable place to sit and relax. Their hot chocolate is the best I've ever tasted. The croissants are delicious though nothing too extraordinary. There is a lot of space upstairs to sit and enjoy your tea/coffee/hot chocolate in peace.

Good foods and good people. They were so kind and polite, so I felt comfortable eating here even though I was a foreigner.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat for lunch and glad we did. Lovely crusty baguette sandwiches and the custard tarts were perfect!

I was desperate to find a fresh "summery" birthday cake which would be uncommon yet delicious.
Paul's provided me with exactly that.
I am not a fan of cheesecake but bought 9ne here, to celebrate birthday withy colleagues.
I fell in love with soft creamy texture decorated with strawberries, which didn't burn my pockets.
The young lady at the till looked quite passionate about the cakes which felt reassuring.
Must say we really loved the cake! Thanks to the lady as well who was very informative.

Staff very friendly. The food was plentiful and very tasty. Croissant, they're great. Especially croissant with omelette. The place and the toilet was clean.

I had a raspberry tart, was nice but very small and overpriced. These cafes seem to saturate central London, and are always very busy, especially in the mornings.

Always a delightful breakfast at Paul’s.
My favorite way to start the day when I’m in London.
And I’m guessing everyone else’s too cause there’s always a cue.
I prefer to always sit outside and enjoy my breakfast watching London’s busy streets.

A five generation boulangerie bringing a touch of France to London. Charming delights, friendly service and always an energetic ambiance. From savory food, breads and salads to some of the most delicate sweet pastries, Paul caters for all tastes. My favorite here were the eclairs- light pastry, foamy cream with an excellent range of flavors!!!

(Too bad Zomato does not cover France or Spain that I may share the most magical culinary journey of a life time 😕).

This place is great for grabbing a coffee and a naughty treat from the bakery. The strawberry tart was delicious and the crepe was served hot and fresh so it was oozing melted chocolate and a squirt of cream. You can never go wrong with Pauls Macaroons!

James Clinch Awful, just awful rude staff, dirty crockery, floor and tables. We asked for our quarter of a cup of coffee to be topped-up and they argued with us - there was little over a mouthful of cold coffee in the cup. The company don't respond to feedback either so KEEP CLEAR. They are happy to take your money but don't want to give anything back for this and there are dozens of far better places to choose from in London. South Kensington was the branch we used - there are other places all around there so DO NOT GO TO PAUL unless you want to pay loads for a rubbish service with just the overpriced pastries that are nice.

I often pop into this branch of Paul for breakfast on my way from South Kensington tube station. The limited seating space is usually taken up, so I tend to grab a croissant and a coffee on the run. Their pastries are reliably of high quality and good value, and the staff are always pleasant. I find the hot chocolate overwhelmingly sweet, but if you think you're a sugar fiend then definitely give it a whirl!

As all Paul's in London the food is of good quality. I enjoy biting into a croissant or pain au chocolat here from time to time. This Paul has a decent seating area outside but inside is not so great: you have to go upstairs, it's tiny and cramped and the tables take a while to be cleaned up. Having said that, the staff is always friendly and ready to help.

Considering how nice the area is, I suggest going here for your morning coffee and 'viennoiserie' but eating out.

This outlet (like most of the others) is very strategically placed. You get out of the south Kensington station and this is most probably going to be one of the first things you see. Their croissants and pastries are really very good. Also the quiche is a must try. I would steer clear if the mocha because its way too rich. Just a few sips was enough to make me feel queasy. If you like rich coffee then you might enjoy this. So if you are looking to grab a quick bite this place is great!

This is a bakery which has its presence all over London with a number of outlets.

A nice bakery - chocolate flavored cakes I've ordered and took for the birthdays from this outlet. They are really good and moderately priced. It has got a good selection of baguettes and other bakery items

The look of the bakery (this particular outlet) is very traditional and has a seating area upstairs where you can have a coffee with your friends, though I ve never tried that option :-) Mostly, I've picked up stuff to eat on my way.
I simply like their open sandwiches, which are freshly made and quite appetizing.
The staff is quite courteous and quick on their feet to serve all their customers well.

This bakery is easy on the pocket and is conveniently located just next to the tube station to grab a quick bite!!

This is well known for its pastries and baguettes, which are made using French bread, which lends to the distinct flavour. The one I visited was situated practically opposite South Kensington station making it extremely convenient for people passing by to grab a quick coffee or sit and enjoy one over a conversation. The seating area upstairs was cosy and warm. The hot chocolate here is by far the best I have ever had! It is very rich, has just the right amount of sugar and is the right temperature to drink immediately. The prices are similar to other chains such as Starbucks and Costa.
